Provide claims customer service according to SLA’s, customer expectations and legal requirements.


  • Effectively and efficiently service customer claims inquiries and notifications by phone, email and CSP (Customer Service Portal). 
  • Register customer claim notifications in the applicable systems, check the information required to assess claims and request customers relevant information. 
  • Accurately assess and register correct policy documentation for coverage determination of claims. 
  • Process claims payments in the applicable systems. 
  • Update systems with new information and follow up pro-actively on outstanding requests. 
  • Develop knowledge and competencies in the area of customer fast track claims processing. 
  • Initiate, support and assist claims service initiatives.
